Natalie L. Herman
Faux Finishing

Decorative Artist, Natalie L. Herman has been formally educated in both Fine Arts and Design Arts (Interior Design and Graphic Design).

In March of 1990, combining her talents in Fine Arts and Design Arts, Natalie began her own Decorative Painting business in Toronto Ontario, Canada.

While working in the city of Toronto, Natalie’s paint finishes could be seen in numerous homes, several model homes, salons, health clubs, lobbies, stores, and showrooms. Her talents have also been volunteered to Ronald McDonald House and the

Bob Rumball Centre Manor House. Natalie has been a recurring guest on the Life Network's "Just Ask" and "Free for the Asking" television programs.

Her work has appeared in Style at Home magazine, and on Lynette Jennings Home.  Natalie is a featured artist in the book Faux Finishing for the First Time, by Rhonda Rainey; published by Sterling/Chapelle, Sept 2000.

In addition to creating painted finishes for both commercial and residential interiors, Natalie created and taught a "hands-on" course in "Decorative Faux Finishing" through the Toronto District School Board.
